AROMATHERAPY SPA MASSAGE
 The benefits of a well-performed massage treatment are numerous. Massage provides relaxation, eases and stretches tight muscle groups, helps to slow down the nervous system, and helps remove toxins and other waste products from the body. It also increases the flow of nutrients to the skin’s surface, improving skin tone and color.
A deeply relaxing massage can give you a welcome break and help you feel better physically and mentally.
Our customized massage treatments include use of aromatic essential oils and massage oils, as well as steamed towels infused with essential oils. We offer several different massage modalities, including the following:
 Aromatherapy Massage: A very soothing, light to medium touch, full-body massage using pure essential oils for their aromatherapeutic benefits. The healing power of aromatherapy and touch helps to relax the nervous system allowing you to take a break from the stress of daily life. If you are looking to totally relax, let go and drift off into a state of bliss, then this is what you are looking for.
Deep Tissue Massage: A very deep/firm pressure, muscle-specific massage. This therapeutic massage is designed to target problem areas and get out all the kinks and knots in your muscles, thus releasing tension and pain from your body.
*Pre-Natal Massage is not recommended in the first trimester of a pregnancy. Please let us know at the time you book your appointment if you are pregnant. It is also advisable to check with your treating physician prior to having a massage.
Other modalities may be available according to the individual Massage Therapist's training and expertise. Please inquire.
The aromatherapy massage will be given unless otherwise requested either at the time the appointment is made or at the appointment.
