Alegra – Day Spa Policies

Special Note

We attempt to accommodate everyone in our spa. We are located on the second floor of an historic building that does not have an elevator. Please let us know when you make your appointment if you will need assistance with the stairs.

Additionally, our equipment beds are built to safely support up to 450 lbs. If this is a concern, please let us know at the time you make your appointment. Your safety is first and foremost with our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Cancellation Policy

When you schedule your appointment, a credit card number will be requested to ensure that your appointment is held for you. Everyone’s time is precious. In the event you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call 24 hours prior to the appointment to avoid any charges to your credit card or gift certificate. When scheduling 24 hours or less in advance, your appointment is considered to be confirmed and there is no cancellation available. When services are scheduled for the same day as you call, a two-hour cancellation is required. If an appointment is missed or is not cancelled within the time period allowed, the full charge of the scheduled service will be charged to your credit card or gift certificate. Please do not ask to be the exception.
